1. What we are

People Details aggregates publicly available information into readable reports. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA, and our reports are not consumer reports. See our FCRA page for permitted and prohibited uses.

2. Accuracy

Public records contain errors, duplicates, and stale entries. Reports are provided “as is” for personal informational use. Always verify identity through independent means before acting on a report — especially before contacting someone, sending money, or making safety decisions.

3. Acceptable use

• You must be 18 or older to purchase a report.
• You will not use reports for employment, credit, tenant, insurance, or education decisions.
• You will not stalk, harass, threaten, or dox any person using information from this site.
• You will not scrape, resell, or bulk-download content.

4. Billing

Searches are free; full reports require a trial, subscription, or single-report purchase. Trials auto-renew at the stated monthly rate — cancel any time from your account page. Refunds for reports with no usable match are available within 30 days via support.

5. Accounts & termination

You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt misuse, or abuse support — including FCRA-prohibited use, with or without notice.
